Job Summary of Subway Team Member:

This role supports daily food service operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and consistent product quality. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing professional, friendly service. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Subway Team Member:

• Provide a welcoming and friendly experience to all guests upon arrival.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently, minimizing guest wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, including food service areas and stock levels.
• Assist in preparing food, following safety standards and quality procedures.
• Support team members and the Restaurant General Manager with daily duties and assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all health and food safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience of Subway Team Member:

• Minimum Education: Not required.
• Preferred Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum Experience: Not required.
• Preferred Experience: 3–6 months in a food service or restaurant environment.
• Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe or Food Safety certification preferred; may be required by jurisdiction.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, team-oriented attitude, high energy, adaptability, and guest-focused mindset.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy is helpful.

Job Summary of Subway Team Member:

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with work schedules ranging from up to 29 hours/week (part-time) to 30–40 hours/week (full-time).
