Job Duties and Responsibilities of Teller:

- Enhance guest loyalty and engagement through the promotion of credit and loyalty programs to drive customer participation.
- Prioritize precise and efficient register procedures to minimize guest delays.
- Follow standards to keep register areas tidy and orderly.
- Respond appropriately to varying guest situations, utilizing troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues promptly.
- Back up team projects by following processes and promoting a constructive setting.
- Make use of the appropriate systems and software mandated by the company.
- Execute supplementary duties as instructed.
Qualifications and Experience of Teller:
- Customer service expertise is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and adept at interacting with others.
- Being adept at working alone and cooperatively in a team is important.
- Warm and supportive behavior coupled with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Practical familiarity with operating Zebra PDA and POS systems based on prior exposure.
- Able to work flexible hours, covering weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
