Job Summary of Retail Key Holder:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Key Holder:
- Act as manager on duty when scheduled, addressing customer service, vendor relations, and maintenance concerns.
- Provide performance feedback to team members and communicate observations to management.
- Lead and model customer service and selling standards to create a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, product offerings, and store strategies.
- Set daily shift goals and ensure associates understand key priorities.
- Engage customers to build loyalty and capture contact information for outreach.
- Perform store opening and closing tasks, including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
- Assist with merchandising, visual presentations, and signage placements as needed.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Key Holder:
- Prior experience in a retail sales role with aspirations for leadership.
