Job Summary of Retail Key Holder:

This role involves supporting store leadership in executing operational tasks, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving sales. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Key Holder:

• Act as manager on duty when scheduled, addressing customer service, vendor relations, and maintenance concerns.
• Provide performance feedback to team members and communicate observations to management.
• Lead and model customer service and selling standards to create a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, product offerings, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift goals and ensure associates understand key priorities.
• Engage customers to build loyalty and capture contact information for outreach.
• Perform store opening and closing tasks, including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
• Assist with merchandising, visual presentations, and signage placements as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Key Holder:

• Prior experience in a retail sales role with aspirations for leadership.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in sales and store operations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak hours.
