Distribution Center Team Member

Job Summary:

As a Freight Handler at Walmart Supply Chain, you will play a vital role in transporting products through our distribution network to stores, ensuring customers receive their products at everyday low prices. This role is physically demanding and requires a high focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process freight safely and accurately, including loading, unloading, order-filling, packing, and processing.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Physical capability to handle heavy cases and work in extreme climates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high productivity expectations.

Salary:

• $22.95 per hour.
• Additional compensation includes aual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on various factors.
