Job Summary of RN Nursing Home:

Vetted is seeking a RN - Nursing Home for a travel assignment. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The assignment is for 13 weeks with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of RN Nursing Home:

• Provide high-quality care to elderly residents, including administering medications and treatments.
• Monitor and assess patient health, documenting changes and reporting concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents in maintaining their dignity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Educate and support residents and their families regarding care and health management.

Travel Requirements of RN Nursing Home:

• Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate benefits.

Qualifications and Experience of RN Nursing Home:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
• BLS certification.
• National and state RN certifications as required.
