Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Operations Associate:

• Offer exceptional guest support to increase store sales and foster customer dedication.
• Enhance guest participation by educating and promoting loyalty and credit initiatives.
• Enforce the prescribed regulations for managing store aesthetics, overseeing product distribution, and operational protocols.
• Follow the business’s software, systems, and regulations in order to complete daily tasks.
• Coordinate efforts with coworkers to meet store objectives and sustain a productive work environment.
• Handle extra responsibilities as given by store supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Operations Associate:

• Experience in customer service is desirable for this role.
