Job Summary of Retail Manager:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Manager:
- Provide leadership and guidance in training and fostering effective teams of managers and employees to enhance performance and dedication.

- Enhance total store sales and profitability by effectively carrying out business plans and rallying employees to excel in their roles.
- Support guest-focused initiatives and utilize feedback instruments for directing enhancements.
- Uphold compliance with company directives relating to merchandising approaches, operational methodologies, and brand criteria.
- Encourage the adoption of credit and loyalty programs through thorough coaching of employees on effectively presenting the perks to patrons.
- Manage store functions like payroll management, scheduling, inventory tracking, and execution of promotional signage.
- Employ company platforms and software like Zebra PDA, POS, Microsoft Office, and scheduling solutions.
- Preserve operational precision and uphold cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the store.
- Fulfill any other responsibilities designated by company executives.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Manager:
- A high school diploma is a must, while having a college education is desired.
- A background in management is advantageous, ideally with at least 2–3 years of experience.
- Skills in coaching, communication, and leadership that are robust.
- Successfully applying policies and procedures with proven competence.
- Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Office, point-of-sale systems, PDA devices, and scheduling tools.
- Able to effectively handle numerous tasks in a high-speed retail atmosphere.
- Openness to working flexible hours which may include mid shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
