Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate:
- Select items from warehouse stock based on order requirements.
- Find products with the help of aisle numbers, slot positions, and quantity references.
- Arrange, pile, and categorize items to safeguard against harm and guarantee secure delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols by ensuring a neat and orderly workspace is maintained.
- Offer support with conducting cycle counts and verifying inventory accuracy as required.
- If you have the proper certification, make sure to safely handle warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Associate:
- It is favored for candidates to have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Previous familiarity with warehousing or inventory management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fundamental numerical and literacy competencies required for understanding order forms and tags.
- Capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds and remaining on feet for long periods of time.
- Having a keen focus on specifics and effective organizational abilities.
- Having a forklift certification is beneficial but not required.
