Job Summary of Stocking & Unloading:

You’ll ensure that customers find all the items on their shopping list. Depending on your shift, you may move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, or assist customers while stocking shelves. This fast-paced job can be physically demanding, from unloading trucks in the summer to stocking frozen goods in the winter.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Stocking & Unloading:

• Unload trucks and sort products in the backroom.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure aisles are neat and the work area is clean.
• Engage with vendors and delivery drivers professionally.
• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Salary:

• Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $26.00.
• Additional compensation through premiums ($0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, location, and work performed.
