Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Assistant Store Manager:

• Lead and drive high-performance across all associates with fairness and clarity.
• Set clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability standards for all associates.
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and gathering customer contact information.
• Ensure appropriate sales floor coverage to meet payroll targets and maintain a selling focus.
• Implement and sustain product strategies to optimize business results.
• Lead efforts in delivering emotionally engaging customer experiences and sales strategies.
• Partner with sales leadership to support action plans and ensure effective operational execution.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Incorporate asset protection and safety protocols into daily operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Assistant Store Manager:

• Experience in leading teams within a customer-focused sales environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to cultivate a customer-centric culture.
• Ability to provide immediate coaching and guidance to associates.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak periods.
• Prior sales management experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
