Job Summary of Retail Sales Support:

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sales Support associate to contribute to store success through behind-the-scenes operational excellence. This role plays a key part in supporting daily functions such as merchandise processing, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced retail setting, is highly organized, and has a strong attention to detail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Support:

• Deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience for customers.
• Support customer satisfaction by reinforcing buying decisions at the point of sale.
• Maintain store standards by recovering merchandise on the sales floor.
• Replenish product to brand standards to ensure an abundant and organized sales floor.
• Process merchandise to be sales-floor ready and maintain back room organization.
• Assist with projects such as floorset execution and shipment processing as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Promote asset protection and safety practices in daily store operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Support:

• Enthusiastic about working in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Experience in sales or service roles in fast-paced settings is preferred.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holiday periods.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to accept feedback.
• Quick to adapt to changes and new tasks with a positive attitude.
