Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Associate:

• Extend exceptional guest service to stimulate store sales and nurture guest commitment.
• Boost guest participation through the promotion and education of loyalty and credit programs.
• Follow the approved criteria for upholding store aesthetics, overseeing product logistics, and operational processes.
• Utilize the company’s software, systems, and operational methods to finalize daily assignments.
• Cooperate with fellow team members to achieve store objectives and promote productivity in the workplace.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as instructed by store leadership.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Associate:

• Having worked in customer service before is a plus.
• Having strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills can enhance relationships and collaboration.
• Being able to work independently or collaboratively to tackle problems and achieve goals.
• Displaying a focus on guest happiness alongside a meticulous approach to completing responsibilities.
• Capable of effectively navigating Zebra mobile computers and POS technology.
• Demonstrating a readiness to adapt to changing timetables, covering days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
