Store Lead

Job Summary:

Walmart is seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee facility operations, drive financial performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising associates, implementing business strategies, and fostering a positive work environment while upholding Walmart’s values.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage financial performance by controlling expenses and aligning budgets with business needs.
• Participate in community outreach and promote company initiatives.
• Oversee facility operations, ensuring service levels, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
• Supervise and develop associates by hiring, training, and providing career growth opportunities.
• Execute business plans and projects by identifying needs, measuring progress, and adapting strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1 year of general management experience with financial accountability.
• 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Compliance with state-specific requirements for facilities selling ammunition or firearms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
• Experience supervising 20 or more direct reports, including performance management, hiring, and mentoring.

Salary:

• Annual salary range: $80,000 - $100,000.
• Additional performance-based bonuses and compensation adjustments.
