Job Summary of Seasonal Sales Support:

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sales Support associate to contribute to store success through behind-the-scenes operational excellence. This role plays a key part in supporting daily functions such as merchandise processing, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced retail setting, is highly organized, and has a strong attention to detail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Sales Support:

• Ensure that customers encounter a friendly and expeditious checkout process.
• Support customer satisfaction by providing reassurance and support for purchase decisions at the point of sale.
• Preserve the store’s image by ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
• Restock merchandise while adhering to brand standards to maintain a rich and structured sales display.
• Get merchandise ready for display on the sales floor and ensure the backroom is kept organized.
• Provide assistance with assignments like implementing floorset arrangements and overseeing shipment processing as needed.
• Adhere to the company’s operational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Recommend the continual promotion of asset protection and safety practices as fundamental elements of daily store operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Sales Support:

• Enthusiastic about working in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Candidates who have experience in fast-paced sales or service environments are encouraged to apply.
