Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail General Manager:

• Draw in, recruit, groom, energize, and secure talented individuals.

• Ensure high levels of performance by providing clear and equitable leadership to all team members.
• Set explicit performance expectations, targets, and standards of accountability for all employees.

• Secure appropriate sales floor staffing ratios to uphold payroll targets and bolster sales center operations.
• Implement and uphold product strategies to maximize business outcomes.

• Work with sales management to support action plans and ensure effective operational execution.
• Stay in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures consistently.
