Job Summary of QSR Team Member:

This position requires providing prompt and courteous service within a fast-paced dining establishment. Duties consist of welcoming customers, upholding sanitation standards, aiding in food preparation, and collaborating with the Restaurant General Manager to guarantee a top-tier customer visit and loyalty to the company’s principles.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of QSR Team Member:

• Extend a friendly welcome to all visitors to foster a hospitable environment.
• Ensure the upkeep and neatness of all indoor and outdoor spaces, such as food preparation areas and washrooms, to uphold their appearance and cleanliness.
• Support in basic food preparation and serving duties while adhering to safety measures.
• Keep track of and restock supplies in service and restroom locations.
• Implement company procedures and initiatives to maintain a uniform customer interaction.
• Use the cash register with precision and speed to reduce customer waiting periods.
• Carry out any extra tasks requested by the Store Manager or shift supervisor.
• Perform necessary duties with or without appropriate adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience of QSR Team Member:

• No formal schooling needed; Food Handler credential needed as required.
• Previous background not necessary; will receive training while working.
• Possesses ease in engaging with both visitors and colleagues.
• Possessing a high level of vitality, a favorable attitude, and flexibility.
• Collaborative with a commitment to assisting colleagues.

Salary:

Hourly compensation determined by skill level and position; part-time position with a maximum of 28 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
