Bath & Body Works is offering a 10-week summer internship program designed for rising university seniors. This internship provides an immersive experience into specialty retail, focusing on the merchandising function. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on exposure to product development and brand strategy. The program fosters professional growth through mentorship, training, and networking opportunities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Merchandising jobs:

• Support the product development process from concept through in-store or online launch.
• Assist in building line plans aligned with seasonal merchandising strategy and brand vision.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Perform financial analysis including sales, margin, inventory, and markdown assessments.
• Ensure accurate tracking of product samples and maintain product quality standards.
• Participate in store visits to gather customer and product insights.

Qualifications and Experience of Merchandising jobs:

• Current university juniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in good academic standing.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) from May 27 to August 1, 2025.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated passion for retail and eagerness to learn.
• Preferred: Previous internship, customer service, or leadership experience.
• Preferred: Strong communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to manage conflict and solve problems effectively.
