Job Summary of Prep Kitchen Staff:

In this position, you will be supporting the kitchen team through ingredient preparation and the upkeep of cleanliness in the dishwashing zone. While dishes are not used in the restaurant, it is still imperative to maintain a sanitized and orderly space. Be part of the essential daily operations behind the scenes at Freddy’s by joining us on weekdays.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Prep Kitchen Staff:

• Carry out regular food prep activities such as cutting, dividing, and sorting ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and sanitary according to guidelines.
• Take care of the maintenance of kitchen tools, utensils, and prep gear.
• Help maintain kitchen efficiency by replenishing supplies and organizing as needed.
• Work together with peers to maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Aid in the general maintenance and neatness of backstage sections.

Qualifications and Experience of Prep Kitchen Staff:

• Exceptional organizational aptitude coupled with a keen eye for details.
• Showing self-generated determination and reliability, underpinned by a staunch work ethos.
• Capacity to operate effectively on one’s own or within a team dynamic.
• Previous food prep or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
• Adaptable to meet the changing needs of a kitchen.
