Server/Bartender

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our KFC team. In this dual role, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining and beverage experience to our guests. From greeting customers and taking food orders to mixing drinks and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment, you'll be a key part of our front-of-house service team. A positive attitude, quick reflexes, and great communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables and bar counters.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to KFC standards.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage point-of-sale systems.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure fast, efficient service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server, bartender, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cashier operations is a plus.
• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
