Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Stock Associate:
- Accurately select merchandise from warehouse inventory based on order specifications.
- Pinpoint items by utilizing the aisle, slot, and quantity data provided.
- Consolidate, stack, and sort goods to prevent damage and ensure safe carriage.
- Keep your work environment clean and organized to align with safety protocols.
- Help with verifying inventory accuracy through cycle counts as needed.
- Safely use forklifts and pallet jacks in the warehouse only if properly certified.
Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Stock Associate:
- The ideal scenario involves candidates who possess a high school diploma or a comparable qualification.
- Having prior exposure to warehouse operations or inventory management is a plus but not obligatory.
- Elementary math and reading abilities necessary for comprehending order documents and stickers.
- Capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds and remaining on feet for long periods of time.
- Being meticulous and demonstrating excellent organizational aptitude.
- While recommended, a forklift certification is not obligatory.
