Job Summary of Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate:
You will be responsible for preparing fresh meals and rotisserie chicken for members while ensuring high standards of food safety, organization, and customer service. This fast-paced role requires you to manage multiple tasks, help members with bakery orders, and maintain a clean and well-stocked food area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate:
- Prepare ready-to-eat food items, including rotisserie chicken, while adhering to company recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure product freshness, temperature control, and proper food storage, following sanitation and inventory control procedures.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, helping with bakery orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals, ensuring the area is well-maintained and all tasks are completed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety standards, and maintain a clean, member-ready area.
Qualifications and Experience of Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous food service or food handling experience preferred.
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work scenarios and tasks.

Salary:
- Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $24.00 (actual rate may exceed the required minimum wage).
- Additional compensation in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, and work performed.
