Job Summary of Retail Stock Associate:

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sales Support associate to contribute to store success through behind-the-scenes operational excellence. This role plays a key part in supporting daily functions such as merchandise processing, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced retail setting, is highly organized, and has a strong attention to detail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Stock Associate:

• Deliver customers a seamless and prompt checkout experience.
• Increase customer satisfaction by validating buying decisions at the point of purchase.
• Enhance the shopping experience by maintaining the presentation of items on the sales floor.
• Restore products to the brand’s specifications to maintain a well-organized and stocked sales area.
• Process goods for sales floor placement and maintain order in the backroom.
• Offer help with activities such as carrying out floorset arrangements and handling the processing of incoming shipments on an as-needed basis.
• Conform to the company’s policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Propose the incorporation of asset security and safety practices as routine aspects of daily store management.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Stock Associate:

• Individuals with a track record of success in sales or service roles in fast-paced environments are preferred.
• Availability extends to weekends, evenings, as well as during holiday seasons.
