Job Summary
Support business operations by overseeing daily logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role involves managing staffing, scheduling, and workloads to meet facility goals while fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with individuals or groups, both verbally and in writing.
- Implement business plans by setting goals, managing staffing, and coordinating workloads.
- Monitor and analyze business reports to track productivity and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards by training associates and enforcing company policies.
- Address associate, customer, and supplier concerns to determine appropriate actions or recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates by providing feedback, coaching, and training.
- Lead hiring, promotions, and performance evaluations to build and maintain a strong workforce.

Qualifications and Experience
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field with 1 year of supervisory experience, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, OR
- 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, OR
- 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience, OR
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Walmart Logistics Systems.

Salary
The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000, with additional compensation including performance bonuses and stock options.
