Principal Accountabilities:

• Take direct responsibility for the daily operational tasks related to packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment within the warehouse.
• Implement necessary process adjustments to the production equipment as required.
• Provide frequent assistance and support to other equipment operators.
• Safely operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and replenish raw materials like corrugate, stretch wrap, and caps.
• Accurately perform transactions within the plant's warehouse management system, including SAP.
• Conduct routine operator care and maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Actively participate in training programs, effectively communicate information, and follow up on requirements to ensure production line success.
• Ensure completion of all daily warehouse tasks and maintain the facility in an audit-ready state at all times.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines within the warehouse environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted right to work in the United States (not based on a student visa or third-party sponsored visa).
• Must be at least 18 years of age to work in a Cargill production facility.
• Proficiency in understanding and communicating in English (both verbally and in writing).
• Basic computer literacy and skills.
• Physical ability to perform required job duties, which may involve bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, while using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work safely in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Demonstrated ability to operate machinery and/or industrial warehouse equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with prior notice.
• Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a production or warehousing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating forklifts.
• Familiarity with SAP and automated plant control systems.
• High school diploma/GED or at least one year of equivalent work experience in a related field.
