Customer Experience Manager
Job Summary of Customer Experience Manager:
This position involves learning and executing the daily operations of a retail location, supporting store leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. It includes hands-on training with experienced leaders to gain knowledge in staffing, inventory, food safety, merchandising, and customer service. The individual will contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment, while developing skills for future leadership opportunities within the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Experience Manager:
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests in a friendly manner.
- Aid in facilitating store operations by learning and assisting with planning, mentoring, and educating team members.
- Oversee merchandise inventory and restock products to maintain adequate stock levels and orderly shelving.
- Implement procedures for upholding food safety, quality evaluation, and retailing benchmarks in food service zones.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness standards by regularly cleaning the coffee stations, food areas, and restroom facilities.
- Competently handle cash register operations and contribute to financial processes where suitable.
- Offer assistance in organizing events and meetings, and contribute to ensuring the store is ready for weekends and holidays.
- Transport yourself as required to aid nearby retail outlets or to drop off financial funds.
- Carry out duties as directed by store management or supervisory staff.
Qualifications and Experience of Customer Experience Manager:
- Candidates must have completed high school or earned a GED.
- Prospective applicants must have a year of experience in retail, food service, or guest interaction.
- Applicants with prior leadership experience in a relevant environment are desired.
- While recommended, ServSafe or food safety certification is not a compulsory qualification.
- Adept at communicating with visitors and team members in a quick-paced scenario.
- Conveying strong liveliness, flexibility, and a dedication to aiding the team’s demands.
- Possessing basic computer skills can be beneficial.
