Job Summary of Member Assist Cart Attendant:

As a Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized parking lot, assisting members with purchases, and supporting our club pick-up service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Member Assist Cart Attendant:

• Ensure timely fulfillment of club pick-up orders, notifying members of delays, and offering alternative product options.
• Maintain facility safety through regular safety sweeps and adherence to company procedures.
• Provide exceptional member service by assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and resolving member issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and designated areas.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions and tasks.

Qualifications and Experience of Member Assist Cart Attendant:

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
