Job Summary of Subway QSR Clerk:

This role involves delivering fast, friendly service in a quick-service restaurant environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food prep, and supporting the Restaurant General Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience and adherence to company values.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Subway QSR Clerk:

• Greet all guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of both interior and exterior areas, including food prep zones and restrooms.
• Assist with basic food preparation and service tasks following safety protocols.
• Monitor and replenish supplies in service and restroom areas.
• Execute company processes and programs to ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager or shift leader.
• Carry out essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications and Experience of Subway QSR Clerk:

• No formal education required; Food Handler certification where mandated.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Comfortable interacting with guests and team members.
• High energy, positive demeanor, and adaptability.
