Job Summary of Lead Solutions Architect:

This role entails overseeing the architecture strategy for enterprise and solutions across various IT areas. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and be capable of guiding diverse delivery teams in implementing secure, scalable, and efficient solutions for different systems such as websites, SAP, order management, and back-office applications. Apart from supervising the architectural aspects, the position might also include providing mentorship and direction to a compact group of architects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Lead Solutions Architect:

• Create and uphold frameworks for business architecture at an enterprise level, along with designing roadmaps and strategies for the long-term.
• Transform business needs into secure and scalable technical answers.
• Offer guidance on architecture to internal teams and external contractors to ensure that everyone is in sync with the delivery process.
• Encourage architects and team members to mentor one another, promoting development and teamwork.
• Recognize and manage accrued technical liabilities by implementing well-thought-out strategies for mitigation.
• Uphold adherence to recognized architectural norms and optimal industry guidelines.
• Develop and oversee procedures for examining and improving solution blueprints through architecture review processes.
• Develop and improve a model for business capabilities, aligning current systems and strategizing for future architectural advancements.

Qualifications and Experience of Lead Solutions Architect:

• With more than a decade of experience in enterprise and solutions architecture.
• Proven track record in overseeing and guiding technical groups.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail business systems and cloud-native architectural frameworks.
• - Exceptional abilities in leading, communicating, and working together effectively.
• Exerting control over stakeholders and teams even when lacking direct supervisory authority.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s credential in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline is required.

Salary:

• Beginning salary offered is $175,000 with additional bonuses based on performance.
