Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring that financial and operational goals are achieved.
- Recruit, train, and manage associates to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain store standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is stocked to meet customer demand.
- Manage the implementation of food safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide strong leadership to foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and motivation among staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Prepare reports related to store performance, including sales, costs, and other key metrics.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in leadership training and personal development to grow within the organization.
- Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, adhering to cleanliness and food safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food Safety certification (ServeSafe or equivalent) required or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing superior customer service.
- Experience with inventory management and financial reporting preferred.

Salary:
- Pay Range: $26.50 - $32.50 per hour + potential bonus.
- Pay is determined by factors such as work and experience.
